Answer:
1. Physical activity refers to any movement produced by skeletal muscle which uses energy whereas physical fitness is measurable state such as strength or endurance. Exercise is planned physical activity with the goal of improving physical fitness and health.
2. I will consider having a regular exercise in our house eating the right kind of food. I would also prefer to have some bonding time with them for we will be relieved from the stress we had. And also having your fitness with your family can make you close to each other you can all be fit and healthy.
