Everyone has their talents that may differ from ours. We should not make them feel ashamed of what they can do just because we can do something greater and better, instead, we should humble ourselves by acknowledging the fact that we have our own expertise. Talent is not a measurement of who's more superior than whom, neither it is a competition to show off. The best thing to do is to improve yourself and let others improve themselves as well. Encourage, not discourage.
