1. Get your pulse rate andjot down the result. Perform a simple Warm-Up exercise. After doing so, get your pulse rate again and jot it down.
2. Practice the proper way of doing the fundamental positions of the arrns and feet.
3. When mastered, take a video of yourself as you do the activity.
4. Submit the video to your teacher
