ToPic :- Motion in staright line
AnswEr :
The distance travelled by the man will be 20 meters.
Explaination :-
When the man walks 5 meters East, then 5 meters South, 5 meters West and then 5 meters North back to his starting point it will form the square. So, add the all values :-:
↠ Distance travelled = East + South + West + North
↠ Distance travelled = 5 + 5 + 5 + 5
↠ Distance travelled = 20 m
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The displacement will be zero beacuse it will come to its initial point again so there is no Displacement.
