z22 dont exist the 2000 z24 came out with a 2.2. and the 2002 "z22" is something that someone came up with. and ive never heard of tinted locks. the only cavys that came out with the v6 are the older ones like the earlie 90s i had an 89 with a 2.8 and it was fast. my bro had a 90 with a 3.1 and mine was faster.
I've never heard of the z22 before... I'm guessing it's an appearance package, and has the 2.2L engine.
It's really a toss-up here. the z24 will be more powerful though. Drive both, see what you like better.
Steven, i did not comprehend puttering and sputtering have been automobile words, not to show any different. like quite a few different guy suggested, could be a large form of issues. My spouse had a ninety 9 Z24 and it made a quickly, style of ticking noise while it idled. The broking suggested it replaced into generic and not something undesirable ever exceeded off. better be useful regardless of the incontrovertible fact that, get it regarded at by skill of a Chevy broking.
isnt the Z24 a 6 cyl? i dont know what the z22 is, it used to be the chevy berreta. either way go with the z24 with less miles
FOR REAL PICK THE Z24 ITS A V6 MORE POWER LAST LONGER PLUS LESS MILES GOOD LUCK!!!
