The answer is still 105. Why? Let's see.
If the denominators of the number are already prime (the only factor is 1 and itself) or the common factors of the number are only 1, you can multiply them. This also applies when the numbers are consecutive.
So 5 x 7 = 35 and 35 x 3 = 105.
We can try another example. :)
What is the LCM of 8/11, 2/7, and 9/13?
In this example, the denominators, 11, 7, and 13 are all prime.
So, we have to multiply them.
11 x 7 = 77 and 77 x 13 = 1001.
Why is it so big? The numbers we multiplied are big prime numbers too.
