ok well i was trouble shooting because i was getting the “The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed” error, and the handy-dandy internet said to delete it. well, im pretty sure that was dumb, but whatever. so now im stuck without the msiserver registry key thing which means i dont have windows installer anymore...
what do i do?

So why do you want to delete it? It is probably a key in use and could trash your system. And you did not even bother to tell us what the key was so we might give you some real help.
Restore your computer to a date before this "accident".
Go to the Control Panel, System, System Protection, System Restore.
