A Rivers and lakes have commonalities. Both are fresh water. They can be very deep or shallow and have fish living on them.
B However, rivers and lakes are of great value to human beings.
C. Bodies of water such as rivers and lakes belong to a surface water type. These can be found all over the country here in the Philippines.
D. Another one is lakes are large fat body of water surrounded by land while river is a large flowing water that flows towards the sea.
E. But, they have also lots of dissimilarities. Lakes are usually wide and round while rivers are long and narrow.
