Minerals, vitamins, amino acids, glucose, and other chemicals are absorbed and assimilated by the body through water. Toxins and trash are flushed out by water. Water aids in the body's temperature control.
Air is vital for all living things, including humans.
The act of breathing is a part of a process known as respiration. A living organism breathes in carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen from the air during respiration. This is how plants and animals get the energy they need to feed, grow, and live their lives.
