I will do physical activities related to dancing as improved muscle tone and strength, weigth management, and to make a stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis. Dancing in general increases muscle strength and flexibility, which in turn, improves overall range of motion. Dance also increases core strength which can improve balanced, coordination, and posture ( which can, in turn, reduced mechanical back pain).
