No man, you aint overweight. but what you should do is work-out, nothing special just 30 pushups and situps everyday. also keep eating fruits theyre not fattening and contain essential nutrients. Try exercising alot too.
actually, all foods are fattening...it all depends on how much you intake that kind of food.
most fruits are made up of water...so its is not that fattening in terms of caloric value...
i think for you to know if you are indeed over weight...try knowing your body mass index...
if you think your overweight...moderation andexercise is the key to fitness!
in order to know if your overweight ill need to know your height too i don't think those fruits are very fattening but they do have some fat in them. to lose weight don't starve yourself eat healthy because otherwise your body will go in to storage more
I don't know what's your height,but still it sounds 14 kg.more.Do yoga about 20 to 30 minuets you can loose easily 10 to 14kgs. easily.Watch your eating and drink more water.
