i bought a Juicer in august 2009 and today it has stopped working. rather then rant on (which i really want to do) i'll spare you. how can i take it back, i bought it online, so i've printed out the original email they sent to confirm order. will they replace it without a box (everything else is there, just no box)

If you've had the product for up to 1 year, argos will repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. If you had your item delivered, your order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging counts as your receipt/proof of purchase.
