I will share this type of meal with my family as an example of nutritious food that promotes a healthy lifestyle and transports nutrients and vitamins within our bodies. By eating greens and exercising. And we will have a healthier lifestyle here, and we will be one of the role models who will bring to others, and first and foremost to our families, what we did to be like this, to be healthy and fit.
