In order to fight and avoid diseases food is not the only reason to build a healthy body, we also need to engage ourselves in some physical activities , like doing laundry, washing plates in our house, helps also improves our muscle, a proper exercise also to make our body healthier and can avoid injury.
Performing exercises will make our body flexible, and we will have a healthy bones and will strengthen our muscles. Doing such things will result to a healthy body, and a healthy living.
