so my account was hacked, the passcode was changed and then shut down. i went to the store which could not do anything. only support could not help. Fraud department says no fraud has taken place and could not help. the other customer support says they cannot help because they cannot access account. i went back to the store and spent half a day there. the employees made various calls and got the run around with not answer as to what happened to my account. ATT customer support refused to transfer the phone to a new account. basically i have a 2 month old iphone 11 pro max that is a brick. and ATT refuses to do anything about it. the phone is still being paid off.
