Epicenter-are located on the surface of the earth.It is the spot directly above an earthquake's focus,while the focus is beneath the crust band located right below the epicenter
Focus-is the place where the faults begins to slip also called "hypocenter"
Intensity-gives us idea of how strong or weak the shaking is
Magnitude-is a fixed value independent of distance from the epicenter of the earthquake
Fault line-is a break in the Earth's crust,and along the break, significant movement has taken place
