The best way to maintain physical fitness is to do exercise regularly. Doing exercise regularly can help our body to maintain physical fitness. If you didn't do exercise regularly, your body will not be physically fit and healthy. Squats, jumping jacks, jogging in place is the examples of exercise. Eating a lot of healthy foods can help our body to maintain physically fit. Eating healthy foods can support our body to do some activities. If you didn't eat healthy foods, your body will be not physically fit.
