Physical fitness can be a cause of doing physical activities; body fitness. Jogs, Jumping jacks, voluntary, affective, physical movements of our body can be considered as physical fitness that can dissolve many fats and cholesterol in our body and substances. There are many disadvantages today so I always do simple fitness procedures like walking exercises, arm stretching, etc. i would say they are very beneficial to the body because the activities can make us tired and exhausted which can be a sign of fats burning but with only physical cause. They can be performed to make us fit, in any way possible.
» 2. How do you make your body physically fit throughout the week?
Exercising, voluntary stretching, leg exercises, some yoga, and much more that can help me physically fit. In terms of food I always take a healthy diet because it's not only necessary for my body it's so my digestive system won't have a hard time dissolving the food I eat to nutrients.
