For me, being a teenager is scary but also exciting. Some physical changes are: body size will increase, with the feet, arms, legs, and hands beginning to grow in advance of the body. Hormones also increase, teens may have an increase in oily skin and sweating. During puberty, since your body undergoes many changes, it is common to feel uncomfortable about them and become overly sensitive about your physical appearance. As a result you may feel irritated quite easily, lose your temper or feel depressed. Always think positive. Looking different than your friends can be hard on your self-esteem. Instead of seeing your changing body as a bad thing, embrace your new curves. When you look in the mirror, learn to love the new you.
