Answer: BMI lesser than or equal to 18.6 is considered underweight, BMI between (18.7-24.9) is considered normal weight BMI between (25-29.9) is considered as overweight and BMI greater than or equal to 30 is considered obesity
-Underweight people are either malnourished and have not been eating properly, because of this they will lack nutrition. Malnourishment can cause a BMI of 18.6 or less
-However overweight people are opposites to malnourished people instead they are unhealthy, being overweight can be the cause of High blood pressure, High LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol, Type 2 diabetes, Stroke, and many more. One of the reasons people are getting overweight is because they are eating too much and not exercising, with this continuous habit it can cause a BMI greater than or equal to 30
