It is important to be hysically healthy to be able to shows what you do in your hygiene as an individual
b. Spiritually Healthy?
God must be above anything and everything else. Being spiritually healthy is important because it shows how you glorify God in everything you do. This is also important because God will shower you blessings if you are believe in Him.
c. Mentally healthy?
It is important because mental illness is a seriously bad condition. Depression, anxiety, paranoia aren't jokes. Staying mentally healthy will make you positive in life, away from thoughts of negativity and suicidal feelings.
d. Socially Healthy?
This is also important because you won't never feel alone talking to your friends and family. Sharing your life and problems with them makes you healthy and reduces stress as long as you share and don't keep it to yourself.
e. Environmentally Health?
Environmental health is important for this also affect you. Living in an unhealthy environment makes you think negatively about life and may also lead to depression and overthinking.

It is important because you learn to manage your emotions. Learning to manage emotions won't make you burst and do things anyone wouldn't like. Just apply self control and peace of mind in order to stay emotionally healthy.
