1. You do not have a medical problem.
2. You are wearing the proper dance attire.
3. You are in a spacious area without barriers.
4. You are not carrying sharp objects that could hurt you.
5. Drink plenty of water before, during and after dancing.
6. You must warm-up before the session. Cool down after a dance
session and stretch again.
7. Check with your teacher/dance instructor that you are using the
correct posture or technique.
8. Stop if you feel pain. Continuing to dance will only make the injury
worse.
