In today’s situation in the country and the world, the pandemic brought about by COVID-19, many feel stress with what is happening. What is stress anyway? Do you normally feel it? When you perceive that there is danger or when you feel threatened, and when you feel that you need to respond to a demand, then you are experiencing stress. Webster dictionary defines stress as an emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. Stress is your body’s normal reaction when something changes which require you to respond, adjust, or adapt.
