3.A solution is always transparent, the light passes without dispersion of dissolved particles of molecular size. The solution is homogeneous and does not settle. A solution cannot be filtered, but it can be distilled off. A suspension is cloudy and heterogeneous.

1. When we say solution it is a homogenous mixtures that when two solutions combines but as one. For example water and salt mix together in a glass. When you look closely, upon mixing salt with water, you can't see the salt particles anymore, making this a homogeneous mixture.
2.There are two mixtures which is homogeneous mixture and heterogeneousa mixture. In a solution the defferences between the two when homogeneous are contains dissolving process while herogeneous are not dissolving.
