Birds don't kiss. Within avian "society", birds do not generally feel the need to express affection using the face. Affection between avians is usually displayed by close contact of the bodies, as well as monogamous relationships (although many avians are anything but monogamous!). they dont have lips but often times they will tap their beeks together, and it looks like a kiss. Parakeets do it a lot. It is a way to communicate.
