Animals lick themselves clean all the time and she probably has a very small amount of bloody discharge. I wouldn't think anything is wrong with the bunny. If you were trying to breed her are you sure you have both species, 1 male 1 female? My niece had a cat one time they called Max, well Max had 7 kittens one day. It was quite a shock to her. So just be patient sometimes for one reason or another some animals can not get pregnant just like humans. Good Luck to you.
They don't get periods or become in heat like cats. They are simply fertile all year round - which is why they say rabbits rep reduce so fast!
