Larger firms does not have to work much on satisfying the consumer. Consider the example of Apple, it has a large customer base and each year it launches its phone with a slight change in its features but Apple’s loyal customers purchase the phone no matter what. Therefore, it is not necesarrily hard for the large firms to satisfy the customers as they expect more.
