The Panasonic PV-GS120 is a miniDV tape based camcorder.
Connect a firewire cable (not USB) to the camcorder's firewire port (not USB) and the computer's firewire port (not USB). With the camcorder in Play mode, launch the video editor and import the video. This is the same for ALL miniDV tape and Digital8 tape based camcorders - including the prosumer and professional grade systems. The DV-format video is the least compressed of the available consumer video types. Compression = discarded video = reduced video quality.
You did not tell us which computer. We don't know if it there might be an available expansion slot for you to add a firewire port.
If your computer doesn't have firewire you'll need to install a firewire card - they're cheap, readily available and easy to install.
If it's minidv (cassettes) it does.
