Answer: Greek mythology is known for its facinating themes and stories. It focuses mainly on the Greek gods and interesting creatures around them. But, I am sure that most of us have heard the story of Cupid and Psyche. Their genuine love for each other surely captured each and everyone of our hearts.
Cupid and Psyche's love story was different from the rest. We all know that they met each other at unreasonable times and wrong reasons. Psyche failed to trust her husband first and betrayed him by litting a candle to see his face. Cupid wronged her too because he took her without any consent and even tried to kill her as per Aphrodite's order. Despite all of that, they found their way back to each other. At the end, their pure love and care for each other saved both of them. As we can recall, Psyche was saved by Cupid's kiss after Aphrodite tricked her into carrying a box with sleeping potion.
Their story wasn't just a typical love story. It taught us that in relationships, we just need a matter of trust and care for each other. With love between them, they survived all the hindrances they faced and managed to live a long happy life.
