Answer:
How exactly did conquerors, missionaries, and traders contribute to the spread of religions?
I think that traders are the lead group of people throughout history simply because they are a source of what's going on in towns all over the world.
It would take a missionary from god to go spread the word around the world and basically hope for the best. Maybe like Jehovah's witnesses by on a world level
The conquerer was a paid groundbreaker for king and country etc. We will pay you X. Also bring back anything of value. My opinion straight greed. And no motivation to convert a new type person.
So I vote in the order I listed. Discounting the bad guys.
How did religions spread through trade? How effective was it?
How did trade routes spread religion?
What were the contributions of Christian missionaries to Indian journalism?
What effect did trade routes have on the spread of Islam?
Do Christians support the approach some missionaries take to convert people from other religions?
I’m not sure if traders had as much of an impact on the spread of religion as missionaries or conquerors.
missionaries contribute to the spread of religion by going to places where people are struggling or living harsh lives, helping the people in the name of their religion, then converting those people they helped to whatever religion the missionary is
conquerors contributed by taking land, perhaps enslaving the people of that land (but not always), and forcing their religion onto the conquered people. or in some cases, like with Constantine, a conqueror would convert his nation to a specific religion, making the state religion whatever it was that he followed
