about a month ago i stopped the special k diet but gained some of it back because i have been really busy with family problems but now that everything is calmed down i would like to get rid of the few extra pounds i gained over the month..just to get me back on track. and i was thinking of using quick trim burn and cleanse and was wondering if it works just to lose a few pounds not like 20 or anything extreme.
and fyi the special k diet really does work i used it for two months and lost alot of weight just made me cranky so i stopped after two months plus i liked my weight after two months
