Hindrance: Too much emotion of joyousness can hinder our moral decisions by getting dissappointed on things that didn't meet our expectations.
2. Sadness
Aid: It has also a positive side which can help us to learn from things that makes us sad and we need to stand up for it.
Hindrance: It can trap our thoughts which it can lead to become depressed and having anxiety.
3. Fear
Aid: It can help us not to take or to do things that may harm us.
Hindrance: It prevents us from doing things that will boost our self-esteem.
4. Disgust
Aid: It is a feeling that something is offensive, poisonous or contaminating. We can feel disgusted by something we perceive with our physical senses (sight, smell, touch, sound, taste), by the actions and appearances of people, and even by ideas. In the other side it can help us, which by feeling disgusted from others (people or what we perceive) we can improve our self, actions and decisions in life.
Hindrance: It is because we are disgusted we can feel frustration.
