I would tell him/her that doing stuff like that won't help his/her situation if ever that's the cause of the problem.
I would ask him/her why they would do that because I trusted them and why would that be the thing they would give back to me. In other words I would talk to them in a nice way.
I won't help him/her because if we get caught we coul get expelled or suspended. I would rather help them study that subject instead of cheating.
I would ask them why they canceled and see if he/she would tell me the truth that he/she went swimming with someone else.
If possible I would stop my feelings for the person if it means making my best friend happy.
