for me healthy eating and exercise can reduce stress that can avoid anxiety and and depression
healthy eating habits can also avoid having eating disorders that could probably cause depression but you should always remember to have a positive look in things but that doesn't mean you can't cry you can cry whenever you feel like to because keeping all your negative feelings inside can have a negative response with your mental health
