For me I just play my favourite game Favourite music or do some stuff that will make me happy

In my own experience, I controlled my emotions even my stress by doing the things that I love like listening to a music, playing online games, going somewhere with my friends and eating my comfort food. When I do all those things, I can feel relax and it helps me to think properly.
