My parents are racist in a way that if something is wrong with a person of another race, they will lash out vulgar words and start sentences with <insert race> are like that...
I do not understand why are they acting like this.
We're Asians and my parents would be on the defensive when a person of another race treats us badly.
They always assume that the other person is racist and that is their first and final assumption!
Like last week, my mom wanted to hand in a document to a receptionist who happens to be a white lady
And the said receptionist was showing an annoyed face to my mom...
I mean come on! Maybe the receptionist had a bad day or something... but nooooo she got to be racist.
My mom said that we Asians are being played at and blabla blala she showed that face coz she hates Asians and balala
I just can't stand it no more.
I would like to know some opinions and ways to help me and my parents...
Thank you so much for reading :D

You'll just have to learn to ignore it.
They're never going to change.
Just know that you don't have to act like that.
You just have to live through this sh*t as best you can. Make lots of friends outside your home and spend more time with them. There are nice people out there - you don't really have to hang around your parents or be like them later in life.
Your parents are damaged goods. I'd imagine they've been abused in many ways - and it left them angry and stupid. This translates quickly into racism because an angry, stupid person needs somebody else to be "bad" and "awful". Stupid, angry people are never so happy as when they're pointing the finger.
They learned to behave and think this way because that's the way they were raised.
