Procedure [edit]
Apply In-Person[edit]
Here's how you can apply for a Permit to Carry Firearms at Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO). First, you will need to secure an application form from FEO, ask an officer where can you get one.
Complete the application form and submit it together with your authenticated copy of your License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) and Firearms Registration. You will also need to submit your NBI clearance, Threat Assessment issued by PNP, Drug Test Certificate and any additional requirements.
After submitting all the requirements, pay the licensing fee.
