Our morality is based how we see the world. There's many reasons or bad sides if we have no religion but our morality is not part of it. Morality is for everyone and will not affect by having same or not same religion with others.
Personally, I disagree with this statement. Although it may be true that religion played a huge role in encouraging morality in different cultures through the ages, morality was already prevalent with the Greeks in Plato's, Socrates', and Aristotle's discourse on ethics.
Adding to this, morality, being defined as the principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behavior, can be based through culture. A society can and does dictate on what is acceptable behavior.
