Now what to do if you're being verbally abused?
1) If you're being abused in the baranggay (community/village) or at home, you can report it to the local police or higher authority. It is the law and it is what is right.
2) If it's happening at school, report it to the adviser not directly at the principal or guidance because the adviser needs to be aware first of what is happening in his/her class.
3) If it's within your friends, you can simply ask advice to your parents or teachers on what do to and how to cope up with it.
