There are several companies wherein the management is not good. The lack of support from the upper leaders can downright dissapoint employees thus making them uninspired to work and be productive.
Secondly, as a young worker you expect to be paid based on your production, and as promising as you are you would expect a raise or a good income however because of financial constraints some companies cannot afford to give higher pay making employees resign and look for greener pasture.
Lastly, we expect to grow and promotion is the number one goal of workers but seemingly when a company lacks good promotional programs or the chance for employees to grow, workers would feel like incompetent or unworthy. #BrainlyFast
