I have a tendency to procrastinate and put off important tasks until the last minute. I want to change this trait because it often leads to stress and anxiety, as well as lower quality work due to rushing to finish tasks before the deadline. By being more proactive and completing tasks in a timely manner, I can reduce my stress levels and produce better results, ultimately leading to greater success and satisfaction in my personal and professional life.
