Answer:
Example 1:
Private prison companies will donate to politicians.
The politicians will then pass stricter laws that could imprison those who commit minor crimes. They would also put higher fines so these prisoners wouldn't be able to pay them causing them to be locked up much longer.
The state then pays the private prison companies through the taxes collected from the people. So there, what we see is the transfer of people’s money (taxes collected) to the prison companies and politicians. The people do not really get their highways fixed, their children never get properly educated.
Example 2:
Their Military Industrial Complex also benefits from people’s taxes. Most of the wars you see around the world is being paid for by regular Americans, even though they are oblivious to it. Every single bomb that is dropped in another country is paid for by them, every gun, tank, bullets, food and housing for the soldiers, everything! So it is the same thing, the weapons manufacturer bribes the politicians, then they approve military action against another country. The government would then buy weapons from the manufacturer with money borrowed from the Central bank. This government debt will then be paid by collecting more taxes from the people.
Example 3:
Outsourcing of their manufacturing jobs benefits large companies since they get cheap labor but has the negative effect of leaving the United States with less work for their own people, although this is somewhat of good for countries like ours.
America is a struggling empire, with trillions in debt, little manufacturing jobs, and more countries beginning to distance themselves from them, any perception of an economic phenomenon is definitely an illusion.
