I am looking for a meal replacement shake for weight loss. After looking at several brands, it's come down to MetRx vs. Myoplex (not the lite or deluxe - the regular). One of my concerns is not feeling full a couple of hours after drinking the shake; however, I do plan on adding some nutritious snacks between shakes. The cost is about the same so that's not a consideration. Thanks for your help.
