All of the previous answers hit it right on the nose! More than likley they are unbalanced. Start with the simplest thing first, which would be to check your tire pressure in each of your tires. Changes in air temperature from hot to cold and vice versa will cause your tire pressure to fluctuate as the air molecules expand and contract requiring minor adjustments in pressure. This occurs mostly when seasons change, more particularly when going from Fall to Winter or Spring to Summer when (depending on where you live) we see a more drastic elevation or drop in temperature. If that doesn't work, then you need to have your tires balanced.
In this order of likelihood-- and ease of checking: Your tire pressure is uneven, Your wheels/ tires may be out of balance, your front wheel bearings are loose or worn out, or your car is our of alignment. Most likely it is a wheel balance problem though.
Those are classic symptoms of tires out of balance. Also check for bent rim(s) or possible separation in one or more tires.
is it snowing? if so was it doing it before the snow? if it wasn't could be the snow in the wheels throwing the balance off .
get your tires balanced and rotated
you need to get your tires balanced..
