Just wondering (for example) 100g of chicken had 30g protein in it...this means I am eating over 600g chicken a day? Or would it be 190g of chicken? TIA

My trainer worked out I need to eat 190g carbs, 190g protein and 45g fat daily....?
If you were to get all 190g of protein from chicken alone, then yes, you’d need to eat 600g of chicken per day as there’s only 57g protein in 190g of chicken.
Does your trainer want you to gain a lot of weight? If so i guess this is ok
