If I have these orders against me, what rights do I have as a Father to my 3 year old ? Bering in mind the two orders against me
I feel all my rights have been violated... I'm at the folk at the road...
Do I have any rights over my child's upbringing ?

It sounds like you don't have any rights at the moment.
I'm assuming you don't have any type of custody or parenting order? If not, getting partial custody or visiting rights set by a court would be a good place to start.
But with those orders against you (assuming they are in respect of the child's mother), many courts would consider that you were not an appropriate person to have such rights
Presumably those orders are only for a certain period of time?
I'd suggest you use that time to have a good think about how you will behave differently when the orders expire and what you actually want in respect of your child. If you can do something positive, such as attend an anger management course (see your GP) then a court may well be willing to give you a second chance when the orders expire
your ideal wager is to get a lawyer, and talk to the chum of the courtroom once you've an order for visitation and assist you've a properly to work out your daughter you could document for a listening to with the foc and tell then that she isn't abiding through what replaced into order and promises the lawyer of each and each and every of the info that proves you innocuous because you haven't been charged with something and commence from there. yet you want a lawyer you cant do something to a lot on your own because you do not recognize the regulation as we are able to work out.
