I think the most difficult to do is choose to trust. Because nowadays some peoples are just pretending to be good. Some people are just fake who's just acting that they are good but once you've trusted them they'll start stabbing you in the back. It is really hard to trust because some people are traitors.

Each of the four attitudes are difficult. It actually depends on the person. For me, Choosing to be Joyful at the point of facing pain is difficult. I would most likely become negative about everything, as well as expecting the worst out of the littlest things. I would feel down most of the time and regret doing the things that may have caused that pain. How about you?
