Activity 4: “PAYONG KAPATID”
To all the youths who are experiencing stress, you are not alone. At one point all of us experience stress in life, and we get that. You are not alone and there are people around you who care for you and your well being. Please remember that we all need breaks every now and then. If you think you can't go on anymore, it's okay. It's alright to take break. Taking a break is actually healthy and leads to more productivity when you return to the task. Don't force yourself when you're tired. Resting has lots of benefits, and while you rest, you can refresh your mind. Drink some water so that you won't get dehydrated, and feel refreshed.
