1.The inner stem cells and underground organs, such as the root system or bulb, contain no chloroplasts. Because no sunlight reaches these areas, chloroplasts would be useless. Fruit and flower cells typically do not contain chloroplasts because their primary jobs are reproduction and dispersal.
2.Plant cells have a cell wall, as well as a cell membrane. In plants, the cell wall surrounds the cell membrane. This gives the plant cell its unique rectangular shape. Animal cells simply have a cell membrane, but no cell wall.(in short NONE)
