Surface area = πr² + πrℓ
where r is the radius of the base and ℓ is the slant height.
Given that the base radius is 16 cm and the slant height is 18 cm, we can plug in the values into the formula and get:
Surface area = π(16)² + π(16)(18)
Surface area = 256π + 288π
